Production Director / Head of Manufacturing Excellent Package - Negotiable DOE Site based Commutable from Bristol, Swindon, Bath, Oxford, Gloucester and surrounding areas Do you have experience with set-up, scale and establishment of Manufacturing within the Defence, Aerospace, Automotive or similar industries and looking for the ability to play a crucial part in the development of their UK manufacturing presence, utilising your skillset and putting your stamp on the business during a time of unprecedented innovation and growth? On offer is a fantastic role, taking full responsibility for the scale and set up of their brand new production facility, where you can shape the business' growth and establish yourself within an expanding industry expert with exciting and ambitious plans within the industry. This company are a market leading innovator, looking to bring in like minded and ambitious individuals who can shape the growth of the business and continue to push them from strength to strength, and due to their massive growth they are looking for this instrumental position within their senior leadership team. On offer is a Head of Manufacturing / Director of Production position where you will build and lead the UK Production and Manufacturing, scaling the business and fostering a culture of innovation and growth, championing continuous improvement through LEAN, Kaizen and other routes. This is a fantastic opportunity for an industry expert to step into a Director level position within a growing leader, where you can showcase your skillset as an expert and play a huge part in the continued growth of the business. The Role: *Full responsibility to build and grow the Production Function and Facility. *Work to develop, implement and continuously strive for a culture of innovation, continuous improvement and engineering excellence *UK Based with some international travel as required as part of the role The Person: *From a Directorship, Head of or similar position with practicable experience working to lead the set up and scale of a brand new production facility *Experience working within a relevant sector, Aerospace, Automotive, Formula 1, Defence etc. *Eligible for UK SC Clearance
