The successful candidate will gain a full understanding of how tenders are prepared, priced, and submitted - with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as their confidence and capability grow.Key Responsibilities​Support the Estimating team throughout all stages of the bid processReview tender documentation, drawings, and specifications to understand client requirementsAssist in developing technical and commercial solutions alongside the design and project teamsHelp prepare cost plans, price schedules, and tender submissionsLiaise with internal teams to ensure accurate resource planning and risk assessmentMaintain professional communication with clients to support positive relationships and repeat businessContribute to handover meetings for secured projectsEnsure all work aligns with company standards, procedures, and safety values​About You​Excellent communication and teamwork skillsAble to manage deadlines and work effectively under pressureConfident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Eager to learn and develop within the construction or ground engineering sectorAwareness of the UK construction or geotechnical market is an advantageAldwych Consulting values diversity and promotes equality.
