Job Title: Social Worker – Adult Community TeamLocation: DoncasterRate: £32 per hourAn exciting job role has recently become available in Doncaster. They are looking for a new member for their Adult Community Team. What will your responsibilities be?In this role, you will be responsible for managing a caseload under the supervision of the Team Manager. You will develop skills in working with older people, including those with mental infirmities and physical disabilities. Collaborating closely with other team members, you will assist them when required. You will undertake social work tasks, working with other professional staff to assess the needs of adults and deliver care packages to meet individual requirements.
