Level 3 SEND Teaching Assistant – Hebburn (Holistic Support) Pay: £89 to £110 per day Start: ASAP Contract: Long-termIf you’re Level 3 qualified and passionate about holistic, child-centred support, this role is perfect.You’ll join a specialist setting that champions communication, emotional wellbeing and learning through connection. Pupils have a range of needs including autism, complex learning difficulties and sensory processing differences.Your responsibilities: • Leading small-group tasks and structured PMLD or SLD sessions • Supporting communication plans and sensory regulation • Helping pupils access learning in a way that works for them • Contributing to routines that build confidence and predictabilityWe’d love to hear from people who: • Hold Level 3 TA qualifications • Have worked with SEND or complex needs • Bring warmth, curiosity and a team-focused mindsetA school like this thrives when its staff do.
