The Regional Manager package includes:

Requirements:
– A commercial mind in running the home that meets business objectives including control of budgets and economic viability.
– Embracing new business from enquiring residents and building relationships with your local community.
– Ensuring the home complies with all relevant legislation and registration requirements.
– Establishing, maintaining and monitoring procedures
– Delivering the highest quality of personalised care to our residents in line with their individual care plans
