Salary: £88k per annum (Including £9k Car Allowance)
Hours: Full time - Day Shifts
Areas Covering: South West (Swindon - Plymouth)

We have recently been tasked with helping a non for profit organisation find a new Regional Manager to cover there South West services. As Regional Manager, you will draw upon your leadership skills and extensive knowledge as you will be responsible for assisting the Home Manager and ensuring the services run smoothly.

There will be support from the Directors and each service with a well-staffed team in place ready to be led

Your role as a Regional Manager will be working with a team of established Nursing Home Managers, ensuring that we consistently provide a high quality care and support service to residents at our Nursing Homes across the South West.
We are seeking an individual with a current NMC Pin, as well as having extensive management experience in the Care Home industry. Experience working as a Peripatetic, Regional or Multi Site Manager is essential. You will also have sound analytical and administrative skills
A full, valid driver's licence is required and a company car/car allowance will be provided due to the amount of travel involved with this role. Proven experience at senior manager level is essential as is a flexible approach as you will be on-call out of hours (rota basis).
