You'll be working on either French or German speaking regions of Europe, building relationships with leading organisations in the sector and matching them with scientific and medical talent About the Role As a French or German speaking Recruitment Consultant, your mission will be to understand the unique hiring needs of our clients in the life sciences space and deliver high-calibre candidates to meet those needs. Your typical job responsibilities will include: Manage a portfolio of clients in the life sciences and medical industries Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates Work towards individual and team targets Source and interview candidates via phone and in-person Attend industry exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings Provide support to colleagues and contribute to team success Candidate Profile Fluency in either French or German Degree educated – ideally in life sciences, medical sciences, or business Recruitment or sales experience is preferred, but not essential (full training provided) Positive attitude with a collaborative mindset Strong interpersonal and communication skills Familiarity or willingness to learn medical/life science terminology Salary & Benefits Base Salary: £28,000 - £45,000 (experienced recruiters).
