You'll be part of a small, fun, friendly team who supports an amazing young lady who has a mild learning disability and PTSD. Your main aim will be to provide support with all aspects of daily living, you'll also support her to socialise, maintain relationships and continue to live independently.You'll play a huge part in helping her to realise her potential, reach her goals, learn new skills and play an active role in her local community and take part in her hobbies and interests. Some of her hobbies and interests include animals, she has her own cat and particularly loves horses, going for walks, knitting, gardening, music, shopping and watching TV & films.Shift PatternsOur 22 hours per week contract will typically involve working one shift per week. The shift may also include a sleepover. Weekends and public holidays will form part of your rota on a rotational basis.Sleepovers do not form part of your contracted hours; for every sleepover you work, you will receive an additional payment of £.80About YouYou don't need experience to start your career with us; we recruit on values and transferrable skills and will give you all the training you'll need if you're successful.
