As part of their ongoing growth, they are looking for a Finance Manager to lead site-based financial operations and business partnering activities, helping them to drive smarter decisions and sustainable growth.Job DescriptionKey ResponsibilitiesOwn the day-to-day financial management of the manufacturing siteLead and develop a team of 2 direct reportsDrive operational and commercial analysis to support margin improvement and cost controlDeliver accurate and timely weekly and monthly reporting, KPIs, and variance analysisCollaborate with the site leadership team to improve financial performance and productivitySupport budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processesMonitor inventory, production costing, and overheads to ensure financial accuracyAct as a finance business partner across departments, challenging and supporting where neededEnsure compliance with internal controls and external financial standardsThe Successful ApplicantQualified accountant (CIMA / ACCA / ACA or equivalent)Strong experience in a manufacturing environment - ideally food/FMCGProven track record in operational and commercial financeExcellent analytical, communication, and influencing skillsExperience managing and developing small teamsHands-on, proactive, and detail-orientedComfortable being site-based and engaging with stakeholders at all levelsWhat's on OfferCompetitive salary + bonus25 days holiday + bank holidaysPension scheme / Private HealthcareOpportunities for career development within a growing businessA collaborative and supportive team environmentThe chance to make a real impact on-site
