Fire SProtection Estimator Preston - Office Based £32,000 - £40,000 (DOE) + Company Car + Holiday + Pension + Healthcare + Progression + Great Working CultureThis is a brilliant opportunity for a Sales or Estimating professional with experience in the fire stopping or passive fire protection sector to join a growing and respected engineering business offering excellent progression opportunities and a supportive working environment. This company specialises in delivering high-quality fire stopping solutions across a range of sectors. Due to continued growth, they are looking to add a Fire Stopping Sales / Estimating professional to the team to help manage new business opportunities, provide accurate cost estimates, and support project delivery and win new business. In this role, you will be responsible for developing relationships with clients, preparing quotations and estimates for fire stopping projects, and supporting the wider operations team. You will work closely with engineers and project managers to ensure all proposals are accurate, competitive, and aligned with company standards. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in sales, estimating, or both within the fire protection/fire stopping industries. Strong communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills are essential. You will also need to be happy working in an office full time. The Role:Generate and manage sales opportunities within the fire stopping sectorPrepare accurate quotations and estimates for projectsLiaise with clients, engineers, and project managers to ensure clarity on scope and requirementsSupport project delivery and maintain strong customer relationshipsOffice-based role with occasional site visits as requiredThe Person:Experience in sales, estimating, or both within construction, engineering, or fire protectionStrong communication and organisational skillsHigh attention to detail with the ability to produce accurate costingsConfident working in an office-based environmentFull UK driving licence required
