They've combined creativity, craftsmanship and ethical manufacturing to create imaginative play experiences and are distributed in >50 countriesJob DescriptionThe BasicsManage and nurture relationships with key accounts within UK Retail and Gift amongst the US and UK markets.Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and business objectives.Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries and ensure timely resolutions - work closely with the US Sales team - assist with product updates, forecasting and trade show planning - to maintain brand consistency and operational alignmentIdentify new business opportunities to expand the client base - this is a hands-on commercial role, best suited to a confident relationship-builder who thrives in a fast-paced environment.Account Management (UK)Manage and nurture relationships with key accounts within UK Retail and Gift amongst the US and UK markets.Develop and implement JBPs, and strategies to achieve sales, margin and distribution targetsPresent new product ranges, negotiate listings and secure promotional opportunitiesAnalyse sell-through data, stock levels, and market trends to identify growth opportunitiesCollaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure on-time-in-full delivery and strong brand presentationAttend annual trade shows + key industry eventsTeam Coordination (US)Support the US Sales + Operations team with information sharing, forecasting and planning for Key AccountsCoordinate updates on product availability, pricing and promotional activityProvide materials, reports and data as needed to ensure consistency across regionsAssist with virtual or in-person trade shows and presentations as requiredCommercial Planning & ReportingDeliver accurate account forecasting and sales analysis for UK AccountsTrack KPIs and provide regular reports to the Sales DirectorManage Account-Level trade spend and ensure positive ROI on promotional activityIdentify and share commercial insights to improve profitability and efficiencyCollaboration & Brand RepresentationWork cross-functionally with UK Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to achieve sales and service goals.Be a Brand Ambassador - Trade Events, Customer Meetings, Product Presentations etcProvide customer and market feedback to influence product and commercial strategyEssentialIdeally 3 years in KAM / NAM roleProven success managing retail and/or gift sector accountsStrong commercial but customer first, approachExcellent communicationFull UK Driving LicenseDesirableExperience with ACT CRMExperience in the TOY/GIFT/Children's product sectorUnderstanding of sustainable consumer brandsThe Successful ApplicantA successful Key Account Manager US & UK Support should have:Proven experience in a sales or account management role within the retail industry.Understanding of the US and UK markets.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Strategic thinking and a results-driven mindset.Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.Capability to work independently and collaboratively with teams.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £50,000 per annum.MUST BE COMMUTABLE TO EAST MOLESLEYCirca 15% bonus (performance based commission/bonus)Permanent position offering job stability.Work within a supportive and innovative company culture in East Molesey.This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to excel as a Key Account Manager US & UK Support in the retail industry.
