Job Title: Social Worker – Connected CarersLocation: SeahamPay Rate: £26.08 per hourJob Description: Liquid Personnel is recruiting Children’s Social Worker to join its client’s Connected Carers team based in Seaham. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will, Complete Reg 24 viability assessments on a duty rota. Undertake full Connected Carers assessments. Provide supervision and support to Connected Carers. Carry out review processes for Connected Carers placements. Deliver a statutory social work service in line with current legislation and Northumberland County Council procedures. Maintain accurate and timely case records and reports. Participate in regular supervision and reflective practice. Contribute to a positive team culture, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues.
