The Role As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, you'll lead comprehensive research and candidate identification projects for C-suite positions across our portfolio of innovative food-tech and consumer businesses. This is a highly strategic role where your curiosity and analytical mindset will be essential in understanding emerging industry trends and identifying future leaders. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market mapping and research to identify exceptional C-suite talent across the global food and consumer technology sectors Develop and maintain deep networks within the industry through attendance at major trade shows and conferences across Europe, Middle East, and USA Create detailed candidate shortlists based on thorough evaluation of leadership capabilities and sector expertise Partner with PE firms and portfolio companies to understand their unique leadership requirements and growth objectives Stay at the forefront of emerging food technology trends and innovation to inform talent strategies What We're Looking For Proven experience in executive search or senior-level talent acquisition, ideally within food, consumer, or technology sectors Strong research capabilities and analytical mindset Natural curiosity and genuine interest in food technology innovation Excellence in stakeholder management at board level Ability and enthusiasm to travel internationally for trade shows and client meetings Commercial acumen and understanding of PE-backed businesses What We Offer Highly competitive base salary Opportunity to work exclusively on retained searches Clear progression path with promotion opportunities International travel to major industry events Chance to shape the future of food innovation through talent Beautiful Harrogate location with modern offices Ready to Take the Next Step?
