This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact on students lives by helping them build confidence, resilience, and positive relationships. Key Responsibilities: Build trusting relationships with pupils to encourage engagement and participation. Deliver targeted interventions to support emotional regulation, behaviour management, and social development. Work closely with teaching staff, therapists, and families to implement personalised support strategies. Promote a safe, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment. Monitor progress and contribute to individual education and behaviour plans. Requirements: Experience working in specialist or alternative education settings is highly desirable. Strong understanding of SEMH, autism, and trauma-informed approaches. Excellent communication and de-escalation skills. A calm, empathetic, and resilient approach to behaviour support.
