With a reputation for excellence and amitment to safety and reliability, thispany offers a stable and rewarding working environment.Your new roleAs an HGV Mechanic, you will be responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of a fleet of heavy goods vehicles. Working on a rotating shift pattern, you’ll ensure vehicles are roadworthy andpliant with DVSA standards. Location: BellshillWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, alternating shifts: 6:30am–2:00pm / 2:00pm–10:00pmDuties include:Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs on engines, gearboxes, brakes, and suspension systemsPerforming routine inspections and preventative maintenanceSupporting MOT preparation and inspectionsResponding to breakdowns when requiredWhat you'll need to succeedNVQ Level 3 in Heavy Vehicle Maintenance or equivalentProven experience working with HGVs in a workshop environmentStrong diagnostic and fault-finding skillsA proactive approach and ability to work independentlyHGV Class 1 or 2 licence (desirable but not essential)What you'll get in returnStructured training and developmentSupportive team environmentLong-term career prospects with a reputable employer If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV, or call us now.
