Our client is seeking a strategic, analytics-driven paid media leader to join their growth marketing team on a 12-month contract. In this role, you will oversee high-impact digital campaigns across multiple global regions and mentor a team of paid media specialists. This position offers the opportunity to shape innovative media strategies, drive measurable results, and contribute directly to revenue growth.You excel in managing full-funnel, cross-channel programs and are passionate about experimentation, performance optimization, and advancing best-in-class digital marketing practices.This is a 12 month full-time contract that would like to have someone start beginning of December. Paid Media Manager Key Responsibilities:Design, test, and scale paid demand-generation programs to drive qualified leads and support revenue targets for our clientDevelop cross-channel media strategies and plans across platforms such as Google, LinkedIn, Meta, TikTok, and publisher networks, including forecasting and cost modelingProvide actionable insights to optimise campaigns across the funnel-from awareness through conversionPartner with analytics teams to build and refine reporting solutions that monitor pacing, ROI, and key performance metrics (e.g., dashboards and tracking tools)Manage and optimise paid media budgets end-to-end, including forecasting and reporting performance to senior stakeholdersCollaborate with brand/creative teams to launch new campaigns, providing direction to enhance performanceEvaluate targeting, bidding, creative, and landing page effectiveness to improve resultsLead structured A/B and incrementality testing to drive learning and continuous improvementProduce creative-level performance insights and work with partners to iterate for stronger outcomesAssess new partners, platforms, and tools, leveraging testing frameworks to validate performance potentialHandle budget operations including PO processing and make data-backed investment recommendationsIdentify conversion bottlenecks and drive optimisation across each stage of the customer journeyIdeal Paid Media Manager Qualifications & Skills:6-8 years of hands-on paid media experience overseeing large budgets with a strong focus on ROIAdvanced knowledge of LinkedIn, Google Ads (Search, Display/Programmatic, Video, Demand Gen), Meta, and TikTokHighly data-driven, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Proven ability to connect paid media performance to pipeline, OKRs, and revenue outcomesExcellent project management with the ability to prioritise and meet tight deadlinesStrong creative judgment and commitment to a high-quality user experienceExperience with precision targeting, audience segmentation, and third-party data activationStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsDemonstrated success delivering pipeline and meeting aggressive performance targets in fast-paced environmentsRobert Half Ltd acts as an employment business for temporary positions and an employment agency for permanent positions.
