You'll be given all the tools and financial backing to build out your own vertical with a clear pathway to becoming a director within the business.  Key Responsibilities: Establish and develop a brand new recruitment division from inception Build client relationships and develop a robust business development strategy Manage end-to-end recruitment and billing processes Create and implement divisional growth targets Recruit and mentor team members as division expands Required Experience: Minimum 5 years senior recruitment or billing recruitment management experience Proven track record of business development and revenue generation Strong networking and relationship-building skills Excellent understanding of recruitment sector dynamics Advanced commercial acumen Candidate Profile: Entrepreneurial mindset with desire to create and lead a business unit Self-motivated and results-driven professional Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strategic thinker with long-term career progression goals Strong relationships and reputation within their given sector Career Progression: Immediate opportunity to build personal division and become a director  Clear pathway to Divisional Director role within 2-3 years Competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure Performance-based equity participation potential Ready to Take the Next Step?
