Location: SEND school located in West Drayton Hours: 8:30am – 4:30pm (30 min unpaid lunch) Contract: Long-term, with permanent opportunity after 12 weeks SEND school in West Drayton are seeking a highly skilled School Admin & Attendance Officer to join their team immediately. This is a key role supporting the smooth running of the school office and ensuring accurate attendance management. Key Responsibilities: •Managing school attendance records and systems • Liaising confidently with parents, staff, and external providers • Supporting administrative tasks within the school office • Conducting home visits to support vulnerable students and families • Maintaining accurate data using MIS and Microsoft Office Essential Skills & Experience: • Excellent written and spoken English • Previous experience in a school office environment • Proficiency with Arbor MIS and Microsoft Office (especially Excel) • Strong data management and organisational skills • Experience managing attendance • Reliable, flexible, and a proactive “can-do” attitude • Confident, empathetic, and emotionally intelligent • Ability to work with students with challenging behaviour (SEND experience beneficial) We Offer: • Immediate start • Long-term contract with the potential for permanent employment • Supportive and collaborative team environment If you are committed, resilient, and ready to make a difference, we would love to hear from you.
