Your day-to-day responsibilities Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis throughout the school day Encouraging independence, communication and positive behaviour Assisting with personal care, feeding or mobility needs (training provided) Helping pupils regulate emotions and engage with learning in a calm environment Supporting therapy-led activities and following individual education/support plans Working collaboratively with teachers and therapists to meet pupil needs Your presence and support can make a genuine difference to a young person who needs stability, patience and encouragement. We would love to hear from you if you have: Experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker or in another role supporting vulnerable individuals (paid or voluntary) A sincere desire to help children and young people thrive Patience, resilience and emotional maturity Good communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team Willingness to assist with personal care when required School experience is not essential. Your care experience and compassion are what matter most. Full training is provided.
