We’re working closely with a range of supportive and well-regarded secondary schools across Sheffield who are seeking passionate subject specialists to join their teams for a variety of opportunities, including day-to-day supply, long-term cover, and temp-to-perm placements. What You’ll Be Doing: Delivering high-quality lessons in your subject specialism, following the national curriculum Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a safe, respectful learning environment Supporting pupils of all abilities, including those with SEND or additional needs Collaborating with department leads and support staff to drive student progress Adapting teaching approaches to engage and inspire diverse learners Contributing to the wider school community with professionalism and enthusiasm What We’re Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS or equivalent) Secondary subject specialism (e.g. English, Maths, Science, Humanities, PE, etc.) Strong classroom management and confident curriculum knowledge A positive, proactive, and inclusive approach to teaching A genuine passion for education and student development Why Choose Milk Education?
