Maintenance Supervisor (Mechanical Background) Frome Up to £54, + bonus Purpose: The role is to ensure maintenance support is continuously provided to the Management Team and production team to achieve a sustained improvement in overall equipment efficiency (OEE) and Maintenance KPIs, whilst assisting the production team in attaining "best in class" status. Key Accountabilities: Health and Safety: Operating to the highest level of health and safety objectives in line with Heidelberg Materials Health and Safety Plan. Create, implement & communicate a plan of continuous improvement on site. Creating and adhering to risk assessments, safe systems of works and permits to work Environmental: Operating to the highest level of environmental objectives Contractor Management: Responsible for the organization and supervision of engineering/maintenance contractors as well as the onsite TPM team. Environmental Management Plan. Create, implement & communicate a plan of continuous improvement on site. Compliance: Ensure all statutory legislation and company regulations are adhered to with respect to all operational activities.
