We’re looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to support within residential children’s homes in the Newbury and Thatcham area. This is a highly rewarding role where you’ll be working directly with children and young people—many of whom come from challenging backgrounds. Your role will involve providing emotional support, helping manage behaviour, and promoting a safe, nurturing environment.
