Working as a Trainee Sales Proposals Engineer you will: Learn to interpret customer requirements and specifications Collaborate with other members of the proposals department to generate accurate quotation costing Contact customers to discuss their requirement and help to refine the companies offering and improve competitiveness Learn and develop skills in estimating, proposal writing and customer relationship management The ideal Trainee Sales Proposals Engineer will have an inquisitive mindset, eager to learn and grow, coupled with strong IT skills to efficiently navigate databases and gather the necessary information to address customer inquiries.
