Job Title: Qualified Social Worker – Adults Front Door Service Location: Rochdale Rate: £30.00Liquid Personnel is currently recruiting a registered and experienced Qualified Social Worker to join a busy Adults Team based in Rochdale. What will your responsibilities be? In this role, you will undertake assessments and reviews, and where appropriate, commission services in line with departmental policies, procedures, and statutory guidance, such as The Care Act (2014). You will understand and actively participate in the department’s safeguarding adults’ procedures, including identification, investigation, and taking on the role of Safeguarding Lead at H2. Collaboration with other teams, providers, carers, and external agencies is essential to deliver outcome-focused services to individuals and their families. You will fully comply with departmental policies and procedures and adhere to the Health and Care Professionals Council’s Code of Conduct for Social Workers, including the capability framework. Additionally, you will comply with the requirements of The Care Act (2014) by empowering individuals to make informed choices.
