Buckinghamshire Council is looking for a dynamic Talent Attraction Lead to join our HR & OD team. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact by promoting the council as a great place to work and driving innovative strategies to attract and retain talent. This is a secondment/ Fixed- term contract opportunity for a duration of 12 months, offered on a part time basis and the salary advertised will be pro-rata. About the role As a Talent Attraction Lead, you’ll play a key role in developing and delivering creative initiatives that position Buckinghamshire Council as an employer of choice. You will: Lead and manage the Talent Attraction team. Drive talent attraction and engagement strategies internally and externally. Develop and communicate our employer brand through events, social media, and recruitment technology. Sign off multi-channel campaign content and promotional materials. Represent the Talent team on key projects such as EVP development and Diversity & Inclusion. Build relationships with stakeholders and suppliers, including LinkedIn and national career fairs. Lead on attraction events and income-generating candidate attraction packages. Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity. Any-Desk: As an ‘any-desk’ worker, you’ll need to be connected to our network to access digital folders and resources, but this can either be from home or an office location when required. You will be required to work from the office a couple of times a week, depending on your role and team requirements. About you Substantial experience in talent attraction within a large or complex organisation. Proven ability to develop employer branding and attraction strategies. Strong copywriting and content creation skills tailored to diverse audiences. Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills. Ability to interpret data and insights to improve candidate experience. Creative problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-changing environment. Degree-level education or equivalent experience.
