Drive network upgrades and improvements, collaborating with the Technical Services team Provide mentorship and guidance to junior engineers, acting as an escalation point Lead the documentation of network enhancements and changes Collaborate with equipment partners to introduce innovative solutions Experience with new technologies such as EVPN, network overlay, MPLS, and VXLAN Proficient troubleshooting, planning, and some design skills Exposure to telecom industry practices and GPON / XGS-PON networks Strong knowledge of OSPF, MPLS, and L2/L3 fundamentals Circa £45,000 basic salary Gym membership discount Generous life insurance policy Friendly working environment Company laptop Employee referral scheme Cycle to work scheme
