Problem analysis and resolution to the customers satisfaction Supporting and maintaining Infrastructure systems – VOIP and Linux Operating Systems Lease with Field Engineers Get involved with various projects, assisting the Team Leader Maintain ownership of customers problems and be proactive during the life cycle of the ticket until resolved O365 Understanding/ Experience VOIP/PBX Systems R&S Skills (Ideally Mikrotik) Between £25,000 – £50,000 Base (DOE)
