Principal Delivery Manager - Remote - £85,The RoleA growing Microsoft Dynamics consultancy is looking for a proactive and experienced Principal Delivery Manager to join their expanding team. You will be a key leader within the delivery team, supporting the Head of PMO, mentoring project managers, and ensuring high-quality project delivery across CRM, ERP, and Data projects.In this role, you'll manage complex projects from initiation to completion, take ownership of project budgets, and ensure governance, risk, and change management processes are followed. You'll also support pre-sales activities, providing expert guidance during proposals, bids, and client demos. This is a hands-on role where your leadership, technical knowledge and commercial nuance will have a real impact on project success and client satisfaction.This position is perfect for someone with strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of Dynamics project delivery, and a desire to shape and mentor a high-performing PMO team.RequirementsA total of 5 years' experience in Project Management/DeliveryExperience within a Microsoft Partner environment, delivering CRM/ERP and Data projectsStrong Leadership and mentoring experienceThe ability to manage multiple projects running concurrentlyProven experience handling budgets of £, upwards, for SMEs and global brands with a duration of anywhere from 6 months to 2 yearsExperience with Azure DevOps as well as Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid delivery methodologiesDesirablesExperience in Not-for-Profit/Education/Warehouse and Manufacturing sectorsLarge-scale data migration and integration experienceDesired QualificationsPrince2, APM, or PMIAdvanced certifications: Prince2 Agile, MSP, MoR, P3OThe CompanyThis consultancy delivers innovative Dynamics solutions, transforming clients' operations across multiple sectors.
