HR Manager About the role Are you an experienced HR professional looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity where you can truly make an impact?We are working with a growing organisation that is entering an exciting phase of expansion. With around 20 employees and plans to grow significantly over the next year, they are now looking to appoint an experienced HR Manager to lead and develop their HR function.This is a standalone role, reporting directly to the CEO, and would suit someone confident working autonomously while partnering closely with senior leadership.As HR Manager, you will take ownership of the full employee lifecycle and play a key role in shaping the people strategy as the organisation continues to grow.Key responsibilities include:Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with legislation and company valuesProviding expert advice on employee relations and performance managementLeading recruitment and onboarding processesSupporting managers with coaching, engagement, and wellbeing initiativesEnsuring HR records and processes are compliant with GDPR and employment lawDriving inclusion and supporting employees with additional needs or adjustmentsAdvising on compensation, benefits, and reward strategiesAbout YouYou will be an experienced HR professional with a hands on approach and the confidence to work independently in a growing business.Essential:Proven HR Manager or Senior HR Advisor experienceStrong knowledge of UK employment lawSkilled in handling complex employee relations casesExcellent communication and influencing skillsHigh levels of professionalism, discretion, and integrityCIPD Level 5What’s on OfferPart-time hours with flexibility around core working times (typically 9am–3pm) 21 hours per weekCompetitive salary and benefits package - Pro RataSupportive, collaborative team cultureGenuine opportunity to build and shape the HR function during a key stage of growthNRG is an equal opportunities employer committed to promoting a diverse and inclusive workplace.
