Job Title: Social Worker – Adults TeamLocation: BradfordRate: £35 per hourLiquid Personnel is currently recruiting for an experienced Social Worker to join the Adults Team in Bradford. What will your responsibilities be?As a Social Worker in the Adults Team, you will be responsible for conducting Care Act assessments and support planning, ensuring that individuals receive the necessary services to enhance their well-being. You will handle complex cases, support creative care planning, and encourage positive risk-taking to help individuals build strong natural support networks. Additionally, you will use relevant legislation to safeguard adults at risk, ensuring compliance with best practices and legal requirements.
