The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand the company’s customer base, reduce reliance on legacy contracts, and open new routes to market. This includes building partnerships with major aerospace and defence primes, managing overseas agents, and engaging directly with customers to capture new business. This high-impact, outward-facing role will involve: Identifying, negotiating, and securing profitable international business. Building and strengthening relationships with OEMs, users, and partners. Leveraging Auxitrol Weston’s engineering expertise to deliver tailored solutions. Representing the company at global trade shows, trials, and industry events.
