As an Advanced Practitioner you will hold a protected caseload of 8 children and young people offering oversight into pathway planning and independence work for care leavers and support the development of junior colleagues. About You: Experienced Frontline Senior Social Worker. SWE Registered and Recognised Qualification in Social Work. Full Driving License.
