We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Senior Branch Manager to support a network of high-performing estate agency branches around the Basildon area. You'll step in to manage operations during periods of absence (e.g., holidays, vacancies, or sickness), ensuring the highest standards of customer service, team performance, and business growth are maintained. As a Senior Branch Manager, you’ll be offered: Basic salary of £35,000 Up to £65,000 OTE  Guaranteed earnings for the first 3 months 25 days annual leave + bank holidays Pension and life insurance Profit share bonus scheme Structured career path and development opportunities What We're Looking For: Demonstrated success in estate agency, ideally at Branch Manager or Senior Valuer level Strong commercial awareness with a proactive, results-driven approach Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams Excellent communicator with a talent for building lasting client relationships Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service at every stage Adaptable and flexible, with the confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment Key Responsibilities as a Senior Branch Manager: Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive growth Maximise branch performance through effective listings, valuations, and sales strategies Lead and inspire teams through daily meetings, hands-on coaching, and ongoing support Ensure compliance with industry regulations while maintaining high service standards Stay ahead of local market trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge
