Location: Belfast Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM Pay Rate: £12.22 per hour We’re looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive individual to join our team as a Resident Advisor Support. This is a great role for someone who enjoys helping others, working in a vibrant student environment, and providing excellent customer service.The job involves of (but not limited to):Welcoming students and visitors at the reception deskHandling basic administrative tasksResponding to student enquiries in person, by email, or over the phoneSupporting the wider team to ensure a smooth-running, supportive environmentAssisting with day-to-day operations within the residenceWhat We’re Looking ForA positive and approachable attitudeGood communication and organisational skillsComfortable using email and basic computer systemsReliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as within a teamPrevious customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not essentialIf this sounds like the perfect role for you, we’d love to hear from you Apply now and become part of a welcoming and energetic student community.
