As a major UK contractor my client has a diversified workload across different sectors of Civil engineering including Heavy Civils, Highways, Roads, Earthworks, Water, etc. Boasting a strong reputation for providing whole-life solutions, high standards of project delivery, and an ability to innovate. The ideal candidate will be a Senior Quantity Surveyor and will join the Civil Engineering Division. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a Main Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects. If you are a highly motivated and experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you About The Role:As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of the Civil Engineering projects. Your focus is to build and lead a high performing commercial team that manages build cost and maximises margins whilst enhancing value for money for our clients and achieving the required standards and quality. About You:•Previous experience as a Senior Quantity Surveying• Experience in Civils, Highways, Earthworks, Tunnelling, or other Civils Infrastructure projects. • Experience on a NEC Type of Contract – (Option 3 & 4 Preferred but not Essential)• Experience working for a Regional Contractor and/or Main Contractor.• Able to commute or live in the Bicester area.• UK Driver’s license• Full right to work in UK.
