The company fosters a culture that values teamwork, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction.Job DescriptionWork closely with our manufacturing team to improve process flow and NPIDrive production efficiency and quality through process improvements and lean manufacturing principles.Implement new technologies and equipment to enhance manufacturing capabilities.Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot manufacturing issues and develop effective solutions.Prepare and present technical reports to inform management and stakeholders on production progress and challenges.Develop and manage project budgets and timelines to ensure targets are met.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the manufacturing environment.Provide technical training and guidance to production staff.Participate in continuous professional development activities to stay abreast of industry trends and advancements.The Successful ApplicantA successful Manufacturing Engineer should have:Qualification in Engineering, Industrial Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in a similar role within the Industrial / Manufacturing sector.Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and process improvement techniques.Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.A solid understanding of health and safety regulations in a manufacturing environment.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.What's on Offer£55,000Comprehensive benefits package.The opportunity to work within a highly collaborative and innovative team.A commitment to professional development and continuous learning.A culture that values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction.If you are a driven and experienced Manufacturing Engineer looking for a challenging role within a leading organisation in the Industrial / Manufacturing sector, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity
