They are passionate about the value that diversity of thinking and lived experience brings in enabling us to become a learning organisation and leader in delivering compassionate care for their patients.The appointee will be asked to undertake various duties, these include: to play a full part in the supervision and support of other members of your team including more junior medical staff, to take responsibility for the best use of departmental staffing and other resources to ensure the maximum efficiency of the department, have an agreed experience in the specialty of their choice including outpatient clinics, ward cover, specialist in-patient reviews and procedures, audit and research. The precise role within each team and the proportion of clinical time spent between the two components would depend on previous experience and qualifications of the candidate and the specialty chosen & assist with Clinical Governance and audit duties.The appointee will truly be joining an amazing opportunity based in the Midlands at one of the biggest trusts in the UK with close proximity to two international airports, along with outstanding private and public schools Additional Information - Excellent leadership within the team - 10 PA's per week (Can be increased if necessary) - Must have GMC Registration - Outstanding nearby schools - Excellent location in one of the biggest cities in EuropeThis is a Senior Clinical Fellow in Anaesthetics vacancy.
