About the RoleAs Sales Office Manager, you will take responsibility for managing the internal sales team, ensuring seamless operations, high-quality customer service, and effective coordination with external sales colleagues. This role requires a strong leader who can motivate, coach and develop staff, while also supporting strategic sales initiatives and maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Hybrid working is available, but you must be based on-site in Llanwrtyd Wells at least three days a week. The key requirements for this Sales Office Manager role are: Lead and develop the internal sales team, fostering a collaborative, high-performance cultureOversee day-to-day operations including enquiries, quotations and order processingEnsure efficient communication between internal and external sales teamsMaintain and grow relationships with key accounts, supporting customer satisfaction and retentionLiaise with suppliers to resolve challenges and deliver a seamless serviceSupport senior management with sales strategy, reporting and KPI monitoringIdentify process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service delivery Experience required for this Sales Office Manager role are: Proven experience leading an internal sales or customer service teamStrong B2B sales or account management backgroundExcellent organisational and people management skillsSkilled communicator, able to lead by example and motivate othersProficiency in CRM systems, reporting tools and Microsoft OfficeWillingness to be based in Llanwrtyd Wells at least three days per weekFull clean UK driving licence Desirable knowledge, skills and experience for this Sales Office Manager role are: Background in electronics, engineering or other technical product salesKnowledge of ISO, AS, BS or CECC quality standardsExperience in quality-critical industries such as defence, aerospace or rail Package and Benefits of the Sales Office Manager role: £45,000 – £55,000 salary plus performance-related bonus25 days’ holiday (increasing by 5 days after 5 years’ service)Flex-time system with the ability to build and take hours when neededCompany pension scheme (8% Employer)Career progression and professional development opportunitiesHybrid working – 3 days in office, 2 days from home
