Are you experienced in Residential Lettings or Property Management and looking for a role where you can make a real impact? This is an exciting opportunity to join a successful, well-respected independent Estate Agency in a key support role. As a Lettings Coordinator, you’ll play a crucial part in supporting their Inspection Consultants and ensuring a smooth experience for both tenants and landlords. This is a varied, fast-paced position where strong communication and confident negotiation skills are essential. As a Lettings Coordinator, you will be offered: Basic salary of up to £28,000 OTE of up to £29,000 Birthday off every year Fantastic career progression opportunities Access to company-funded recognised qualifications A positive, supportive working environment where your contribution matters As a Lettings Coordinator, your key responsibilities will be: Booking appointments for Inspection Consultants Liaising with tenants and landlords via phone and email Negotiating deposit returns and resolving any disputes Handling incoming enquiries and providing updates or solutions Signposting queries to the appropriate team when required Ensuring all work is carried out professionally and efficiently To be considered for the Lettings Coordinator role, you must have: Previous experience in Lettings, Tenancy Renewals, or Property Management (essential) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Highly organised, confident, and able to prioritise effectively Strong IT skills with the ability to learn new systems quickly A professional, customer-focused approach
