Job description C&C Search is currently recruiting an Executive Assistant to join a well established real estate firm based in North West London. The Executive Assistant will provide a high level of private (60%) and business (40%) support to the Director/Owner and family. You must have previous experience supporting a HNWI/senior executive in both a private and business capacity. All about the role and company I would be working for Position: Private and business EA Salary: £52,000-£60,000 depending on experience Hybrid set up: 5 days in the office - please note this is not a 24/7 role, there will only be very occasional contact outside of working hours. Hours: Monday to Friday from 9am-5.30pm What they do: Real estate / Investment Size of company: Mid Company culture and what makes them great to work for: A positive working environment with a close knit team, supporting a friendly and well respected individual. Key responsibilities for this private and business EA position: Diary management, organising appointments and meetings, making the necessary preparations Extensive travel arrangements, often last minute Draft, prepare, distribute and follow-up correspondence, including taking dictation, inbox management and drafting emails on behalf of Director Act as a first point of contact to those approaching the Director, responding and re-directing incoming enquiries when appropriate Drafting offer letters, preparing research and organising non-disclosure documents and managing payments and contracts for signing Organising family holidays, booking private flights and transport (sometimes including a large group of guests) Managing overseas holiday homes, including paying bills, ensuring any deliveries have been received and maintenance is completed prior to visits. Liaising with staff on the private yacht to ensure all preparations and special requests are made prior to the family's arrival Dealing with all household matters and personal tasks including, sourcing and purchasing presents, booking appointments/restaurants, paying bills (UK and US), organising household insurance and close liaison with household staff Setting up and maintaining electronic and paper filing systems, improving them as necessary Assisting the other two owners PA's when required (usually during their absence). Other tasks include getting lunch and coffee daily, setting up meeting rooms and making tea for the Director What background and experience are the company looking for?) Must have 5 years+ of experience working as a private and business PA/EA supporting a HNWI and their family Ideal candidates will be professional, resourceful and diligent with a proactive and flexible approach.
