In this Global role, you'll take ownership of a high-value, strategically important remit of their Ingredients & Food Commodities portfolio (circa £200 million worth of spend). You'll be the central face of the global category strategy, working across 10+ markets / international regions and partnering closely with senior business leaders to ensure a united, future-fit approach to strategy, sourcing and risk management. Your role will directly amplify value, accelerate innovation, empower regional teams and safeguard supply continuity across worldwide markets. What you'll be doing Champion and embed a centre-led global category strategy people want to follow Act as the commercial trigger on commodity cover decisions and hedging windows Partner with regional leaders to align on supply, specification and value delivery pathways Spot opportunities in global supply markets and introduce challenger thinking Provide executive-level confidence around supply, risk and sustainability You will be the bridge between global strategy and regional execution, and the person who makes collaboration the winning formula. What you'll bring 7+ experience across procurement, food commodities, or broader commercial roles. A track record of influencing without authority and navigating matrix environments Strong commercial judgement, ideally with knowledge of commodities, food / ingredients.
