Private Client Associate – Leading Scottish Law Firm Edinburgh / Perth Permanent | Full-time or Flexible Working Considered A prestigious and forward-thinking Scottish law firm is seeking an experienced Private Client Associate to join its well-established team. This is a unique opportunity to work with a diverse client base on a broad spectrum of private client matters, within a supportive and professional environment. Key Responsibilities: Drafting and advising on Wills and Powers of Attorney Managing Executry administration, including complex tax-paying estates Providing strategic Tax Planning advice, with a focus on IHT, APR, and BPR Creating and managing Trusts, including technical trust law and asset protection Advising on contentious executries and trust disputes Supporting Guardianship applications and related matters Candidate Profile: Minimum 5 years’ PQE in private client law (other levels of experience may be considered) Strong technical knowledge and ability to manage a varied caseload independently Collaborative mindset with a willingness to contribute to larger, complex transactions Proven track record in business development and marketing initiatives Committed to delivering high-quality client service and contributing to team success What’s on Offer: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunities for career development within a respected legal team Consideration for part-time and flexible working arrangements Inclusive and diverse workplace culture Please contact Jill Cowan on 07931 811 330 or email jill@lusona.co.uk
