With a focus on wellbeing, flexibility and career progression, they provide a compelling home for ambitious private client lawyers.Job DescriptionProvide comprehensive legal advice and services to private clients.Draft and review wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents.Manage probate and estate administration processes efficiently.Advise on tax implications and planning for clients' estates.Build and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on trust and confidentiality.Keep up-to-date with changes in legislation and case law affecting private clients.Collaborate with colleagues across departments to provide integrated legal services.Ensure compliance with all regulatory and professional standards.The Successful ApplicantA successful Private Client Solicitor should have:A qualified solicitor status with a focus on private client work.Proven expertise in drafting wills, trusts, and handling probate matters.Strong knowledge of tax planning and estate administration.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.A client-focused approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.Commitment to professional development and staying current in the legal field.What's on OfferCompetitive salary ranging from £55,000 to £65,000 per annum.Opportunity to work within a reputable professional services firm.Comprehensive benefits package.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Located in the vibrant city of Edinburgh.If you're an experienced Private Client Associate / Senior Associate, apply now or contact James Hitti for more information.
