Customer Services AdvisorRedditch office based£28,000 per annumAre you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and ensuring every client has a smooth, positive experience from start to finish?We’re looking for a proactive and organised Customer Services Advisor to join our friendly team at our Head Office in Redditch. In this vital role, you’ll be responsible for managing the customer journey from installation through to completion — ensuring every step runs efficiently, professionally, and with a personal touch.Customer Service Advisor key duties:-As a key point of contact for our customers, installers, and project managers, you’ll:Provide excellent customer service with empathy and professionalismAct as the customer’s main contact throughout their installation journeyMake daily outbound calls to customers and installers, proactively addressing issues and keeping everyone informedLiaise with project managers to resolve queries and maintain progressAccurately record all communications and updates in our CRM systemTrack installation and complaint resolution progress to ensure timely completionWork towards achieving team and individual KPIsCollect outstanding balances from customers once work is completeSupport the wider customer service team to ensure swift and effective complaint resolutionMaintain accurate trackers, reports, and system updates for full visibilityCommunicate clearly via phone, email, and letters with internal and external stakeholdersProvide cover for colleagues as needed to maintain exceptional service standardsUphold the company’s professional image at all timesThe Customer Services Advisor will need to have:-Proven experience in customer engagement or service rolesA genuinely customer-focused mindset with an empathetic and caring approachExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organisational ability and attention to detailAbility to work well under pressure and manage competing prioritiesA proactive approach to problem-solvingConfident with Microsoft Office and OutlookExperience in cash collection or processing finance paperworkYou’ll be joining a supportive and professional team that values collaboration, integrity, and customer satisfaction above all else.
