This gives staff the autonomy to have the seamless option to choose between working in the office one day or setting up at home the next.The RoleThe firm is looking for a Employment Senior Associate / Partner to join their reputable department based in Manchester.In this role you will be working directly alongside another partner by inheriting a caseload alongside being tasked with driving further growth of the team. As a result of the firms strong reputation in Corporate & Commercial the Employment team predominately deals with corporate clients whilst occasionally handling individual matters. They work across a variety of sectors including retail, leisure, industrial, pharmaceuticals and more.You will be expected to deal with both contentious and non-contentious matters and the department deals with a broad range of employment matters which traditionally include; TUPE, tribunals, contentious dismissals, employment contracts, HR and more.There is no requirement to bring a following but you must have a passion to take the bull by the horns and be a tenacious and entrepreneurial individual who can contribute to the overall growth and success of the department.RequirementsYou must be a Employment Solicitor 5+ years PQEYou will be comfortable over contentious and non-contentious mattersYou will want to join a ambitious team with growth plans across the north west
