Job Title: Customer Solutions OwnerDuration: 3-6 monthsRate/Salary: £500-700 per day Outside IR35 (subject to experience)Location: London/home based (3 days on-site in London office per week plus 2 days home working)The Role:The Solution Owner will have accountability for solutions/products (current accounts, overdrafts, deposit accounts, loans and in the future cards) across customer, regulatory and commercial outcomes.- Work with the existing team to provide expertise- Maintain/build momentum on certain Risk, Compliance & Regulatory priorities- Support work underway on current accounts and overdrafts with the possibility of support for deposit accounts- Work with the team to review current account & overdraft customer journeys and issues already identified- Improve the customer journey, along with wider compliance, product features, design & controls- Be responsible for determining remedial action and issue closure of account where required- Issue fixing, documentation, reporting and inputting controls, while continuing to enhanceExperience Required:- Must have spent 3+ years within a similar customer outcomes focused role, within the Banking industry- Retail Banking experience highly advantageous- First line of defence experience is a necessity - Knowledgeable on products and regulations that follow - Must have the ability to author high quality materialsIf the above role is of interest and if you have experience working in a similar role, please apply online for consideration.
