Job description Due to recent growth, a specialist Broker are looking for an experienced commercial insurance professional to join their team in Milton Keynes to deliver high quality customer service to existing clients.The Company An expanding and highly respected Insurance Broker who provide commercial insurance to a broad range of businesses and specialist sectors all over the UK. They provide a professional, consultative service to their clients in both insurance and risk management in order to maintain growth plans and offer a solid career path for those who want to succeed.The Role You will assist a team of Account Executives to deliver a high quality service to existing commercial clients. You will be required to deal with and process renewals, mid term adjustments and client queries in relation to the account. You will be assisting with corporate clients paying £10, - £25, in income on average across a range of commercial classes.The Person For your application to be considered, you must have strong knowledge of commercial insurance classes. You will have a proven track record of delivering an excellent customer service and be experienced dealing with renewals and MTAs for corporate clients. A professional insurance qualification would be an advantage but is not essential.
