If you want real input, real responsibility, and real career growth-this role is for you.About the Role:As an Architectural Technician, you will support project delivery from early design development through to on-site execution. Your role will be hands-on and varied, including:Producing detailed design and technical drawing packages in AutoCADPreparing planning, building regulation and construction documentsEnsuring compliance with UK Building Regulations, planning protocols and CDM/H&S requirementsUndertaking site inspections, liaising with contractors, and resolving technical queriesSupporting senior staff across multiple RIBA stages from feasibility through to completionCoordinating with clients, engineers, planning authorities and wider project stakeholdersAbout You:We're looking for a technically strong, proactive professional who enjoys full project involvement.
