They have an impressive annual turnover with strong projected growth and are looking for an ambitious graduate to play a key role in assisting with business expansion. Award-winning FMCG business where you can work with major clients such as Sainsbury's, Tesco, ASDA, Amazon and WaitroseUK market leader in the FMCG spaceA household name and brand16% year-on-year growth since 2015£761 million pound revenue in 2022Amazing growth plansCommitted to sustainability – all their sites have carbon-neutral labels, 97% of product packaging is recyclable, and in 2022, they had a pledge where they saved 1,757 tonnes of packagingCommitted to diversity and inclusion - they have a 50/50 gender split across the business and similar ratios in their leadership teamsBrand new open-plan office space in St Albans with free snacksThe Role:If you are looking to secure an exciting national account executive role and make an impact within a lucrative, entrepreneurial company, whilst having access to brilliant training and progression opportunities, this could be the opportunity for you.You will be: Managing client relationships and exposure to big-name brands, enabling you to network with senior figures across the FMCG industry - including the likes of Waitrose, Superdrug, Tesco and ASDAExpanding your communication and organisational skills, through handling multiple accounts and product linesExpanding key business accounts, and upselling/advertising new product launchesGaining exposure to supply chain and buying, through regular communication with national suppliersDeveloping your analytical skills, through both stock-level analysis and demand planningWorking from their brand-new bustling office in St Albans, you will join a friendly, close-knit team within the account management team. Here, you will be pivotal to business success, you will work alongside the rest of the team to set up and manage the product catalogue, relationships, and product promotions etc. What Do You Need? A proactive enthusiastic natureCommercial experience preferred, but not necessary
