What You’ll Be Doing Managing and developing a varied portfolio of commercial and corporate clients Providing expert advice across the full commercial insurance spectrum Building deep, long-term client relationships based on trust and insight Owning renewals, adjustments, and strategic reviews Working closely with broking and claims specialists to deliver exceptional service Spotting and converting growth opportunities Keeping up to date with market and regulatory developments Who You Are An experienced Commercial Account Executive with strong technical knowledge Confident communicating with clients at every level A self-starter with a consultative, relationship-led approach Ideally Cert CII qualified or working towards it What You Get Salary circa £75,000, depending on experience A genuinely supportive, people-first culture A clear succession pathway with long-term career opportunities An established book of business to inherit from day one The chance to make an impact in a respected, forward-thinking brokerage
